5. CONDITIONS OF TEMPORARY PLACEMENT

Payroll and Coverage: Le Natural Mall will pay all Contractors and maintain full WorkSafeBC coverage. The client is billed exclusively for the exact hours worked, plus applicable GST. A minimum charge of 4 hours per shift applies to every placement.

Non-Solicitation and Direct Hiring Policy: Any contractors introduced or assigned to your business by Le Natural Mall will remain formal Contractors of Le Natural Mall for a period of one (1) full year from the assignment date. By submitting or signing this Temporary Placement Agreement, you explicitly agree not to privately engage, contract, or hire them directly.

Placement Fees: In the event that you hire one of our Contractors directly, your company will be assessed a Placement Fee according to our official Fee Schedule. This direct placement will then be entitled to the standard guarantee period as defined within that same schedule.

SERVICES FOR BUSINESSES: STANDARD PAYMENT TERMS AGREEMENT

This Standard Payment Terms Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between “CONTRACTOR” and “Le Natural Mall – CUSTOMER”.

“Contractor” and “Customer” hereby agree as follows:

1. PAYMENT TERMS

Customer shall pay for the services and/or equipment (including repair and maintenance) furnished by Contractor in accordance with the charges on the Service Agreement, as adjusted by Contractor hereunder, within thirty (30) days of the date of Contractor’s invoice.

2. INVOICE REVIEW AND CONTESTS

All invoices not contested in writing within fifteen (15) business days of receipt are deemed accepted by Customer as true and accurate and are payable in full.

3. LATE PAYMENTS AND INTEREST

Interest will be charged on all accounts not paid when due at a rate of two percent (2%) per month, or, if less, the maximum rate allowed by law.

4. DEFAULT AND COLLECTION COSTS

In the event Customer fails to pay Contractor all amounts which become due under the Service Agreement or fails to perform its obligations hereunder, and Contractor refers such matter to an attorney or collection agency, Customer agrees to pay, in addition to the amounts due, any and all costs incurred by Contractor as a result of such action, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

5. ADDITIONAL FEES

Contractor has the right to charge a return check fee or a fee to restart Customer if shut off for poor pay history.

Note: Payment terms may differ if set forth in the Service Agreement / Change Order with the Contractor.
